BM Associates will be operating in the following business area: Architectural drawing; Land use planning, GIS, Land Governance, Land Valuation, Building Construction, Facility Management and Estate design.
BM understands that the trust/confidence of investors in the above sectors is at bottom low, hence BM intends to build a system that leverages on Technology to boost customer confidence in BM’s ability to deliver, conduct its business with integrity, and maintain its reputation irrespective of the client they are dealing with. Therefore, we want the system to do the following:
- Allow clients to zoom into the project sites and see the level of implementation, this we believe can be done by geo-referencing each site we are building.
- Allow a visual viewing of the project site by the customers.
- Share the project Architectural drawings, bill of quantities, contract documents, payment terms etc.
- Allow parties to comment and query on the Implementation of the project.
- Allow clients to automatically access reports of work progress.
- Customers to be automatically updated on the work progress anytime there is an entry into the database.
- Data sharing on the disbursements made by the customers in the project implementation and the balance therein.
